  • Cancellations 3 days prior to visit: Full Refund
  • Cancellations 2 days prior to visit: No Refund
  • No-show: No Refund
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled and no refunds will be provided.

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Please make sure to reserve your desired date and time accurately on the reservation page.
  • Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time. 
  • The voucher amount is 50,000 KRW per table. During final payment on-site, pay the total amount excluding the voucher you've already paid.
  • Each table can accommodate 1 to 6 people.
  • Each table must order a steak menu. 
  • The steaks are aged and sold in small quantities, so your preferred cut and weight may not always be available.
  • Steaks are served medium-rare by default. If your desired doneness is different, additional cooking will be done after you taste it.
  • Outside food is not allowed. 
  • The bar table is a no-kids zone, but children are allowed in the rooms.
  • For room reservations, please contact minegallery@minegallery.co.kr.
  • Rooms can be reserved for groups of 3 or more, with a minimum order amount of 500,000 KRW.
  • Corkage is allowed with a limit of one bottle per table. You have to pay an additional fee of 30,000 KRW.
  • Please bring your passport for age verification if you wish to order alcohol.
  • You are not allowed to order alcohol if you are accompanied by a minor.

Reservation Info

  1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
  2. Proceed with the voucher payment.
  3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there is a need to change the reservation date, you'll be notified through e-mail or messenger app. 
  4. During your visit, show your reservation details to the staff.
  5. During final payment, pay the total amount excluding the voucher you've already paid.
