Cancellation made up to 3 days prior to the visit will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation is non-refundable if made within 2 days prior to the visit.

Things To Keep In Mind

Please make sure to arrive on your reserved date and time.
Guests who are not included in the reservation are not allowed to enter.
You may cancel or receive a refund up to three days in advance.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
We recommend bringing the cosmetics you currently use, as this will help us suggest the most suitable products during your diagnosis.
If you are wearing colored contact lenses, it may be difficult to conduct an accurate diagnosis. Please bring a lens case so you can remove them if needed.
For the most accurate results, please avoid wearing makeup or contact lenses. If you arrive with makeup on, you will be required to remove it before the diagnosis.
