Please reserve your desired date and time on the reservation page.
Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time.
If you're more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
Book only one procedure per person. If you're visiting with a friend at the same time, make separate reservations.
Refunds are not available if you change or cancel your procedure on the spot after confirmation (e.g., booking both hand and foot nail art but only proceeding with hand).
If you want to change the design or add decorations, any additional charges will need to be paid on-site.
Depending on the design and gel removal, the procedure may take an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Nail extensions and wrapping fees must be paid on-site.
Gel removal prices vary based on your nail condition and must be paid on-site.
