All procedures are performed by certified dermatologists using premium, high-quality equipment to ensure safety and effectiveness. The clinic prioritizes natural results, minimal downtime, and personalized care for each guest.

Please inform the doctor if you have allergies, skin sensitivity, or ongoing medical conditions.

Avoid strong sun exposure and vigorous exercise for 24–48 hours after laser treatment.

Do not apply makeup immediately after certain procedures (laser, peeling).

Redness or mild swelling may occur temporarily depending on the treatment.

Pregnant or breastfeeding customers should notify staff before treatment.

Treatment effectiveness varies depending on individual skin conditions.

1. Meeting Point

Customers should arrive directly at Dojagi Clinic at the scheduled appointment time.
After booking is confirmed, we will send you:
- The exact clinic address
- A Google Maps / Kakao Maps navigation link
- The clinic floor number and building entrance photo to help you locate easily

2. Pickup Option (If applicable)

Pickup service is not included by default.
If you require pickup assistance, please contact customer service in advance.

Some treatments may not be suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding customers. Please inform the clinic in advance to confirm treatment availability.

Pregnant customers must consult with the medical team prior to any procedure. Certain laser, peeling, or medication-based treatments may be restricted.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.

Treatments for minors may require guardian consent depending on the procedure.

The clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if safety concerns arise for pregnant customers or children.

For procedures involving anesthesia or invasive techniques, additional restrictions may apply.

After confirmation, you will receive the clinic location and appointment details.

Arrive 10–15 minutes early for consultation and basic skin check.

Passport is required for identity verification on the day of treatment.
